Cancellation / Refunds  Policy

On the day your course if you attend or if you show up more than 15 minutes late you will not be able to attend class. If you are unable to take the course that you signed up for (4) business days notice you will forfeit your course fee. Absolutley no refunds for student cancellations. If it is necessary for HOOMSC to cancel a course students will be given a chance to change to another course. If a course does not fill, HOOMSC reserves the rite to cancel that course and contact the enrolled students and schedule them for an alternate course.

• If cancellation by a student is necessary we must be contacted 4 business days beforehand in order for the student to be rescheduled to another course.  Courses go on rain or shine.  If in doubt please call 405.308.5631.
• Absolutely no refunds for student cancellations
• If it is necessary for HOOMSC to cancel a course, students will be given a chance to reschedule the course no refunds.
• If a course does not fill, HOOMSC reserves the right to contact the enrolled students and reschedule them for an alternate course. There will be a $50.00 Cancellation fee.
